Annex to the charter of the M.V.C.G.BELGIUM.
MOD. 01: Affiliate clubs will be apolitical and will have to respect the principle of the multilingualism. All affiliated club will be able to demand, if needed, that appropriate information should be transmitted in the language of its community (*) . (*) Except the original copies of articles, advertisements, mails, etc.
MOD. 02: A Belgium M.V.C.G. Federal coordinator will be designed by affiliated Clubs, for a mandate of one year, all affiliated member, excepted Club Chairmen, can be candidate to this function. A federal coordinator can solicit several mandates.
MOD. 03: B.M.V.C.G. Official archives will be held by the Federal Coordinator. They will be presented to each annual general meeting and will be transmittable. To palliate to all default, the Federal Coordinator will designate a substitute inside his club
MOD. 04: All necessary and useful information for the functioning of the B.M.V.C.G. for internal or external activities will be transmitted to the federal coordinator who will transmit them to all affiliated Clubs.
MOD. 05: The federal coordinator will be able to insure of the respect of ART.2 of the B.M.V.C.G. Charter by each associated Club. Each associated club will solicit, if necessary all needed documents.
MOD. 06: Expenses of the Federal Coordinator activities will be equally distributed, between affiliated Clubs. During meetings these costs could be demanded.
MOD. 07: The candidacy of a new club will be transmitted to the Federal Coordinator and will be examined during the nearest meeting.
MOD. 08: The new Club whose candidacy will have been unanimously accepted by B.M.V.C.G. Clubs will have to respect a probationary period of ONE year so as to evaluate its possibilities. This club will be then qualified "aspirant".
MOD. 09: The B.M.V.C.G. "aspirant" Club, at the end of the probationary period, will only be elected only at the unanimity of B.M.V.C.G. clubs.
MOD. 10: The affiliation of a new club will only be effective when the president of this club will be able to affix his signature on an authenticated document annexed in the original B.M.V.C.G. Charter.
MOD. 11: A new club having been refused will be able to represent its candidacy following the procedure described in modalities from 7 to 10.
MOD. 12: All affiliate club having made faults regarding to the B.M.V.C.G. Charter and its ethics will be able to be sanctioned.
MOD. 13: Urgent measures will be taken on the terrain, at the majority of present and available B.M.V.C.G. Club Chairmen, in order to part members of serious infringement with the ethics of the B.M.V.C.G. Charter.
MOD. 14: The Federal Coordinator can, in case of emergency, summon an extraordinary meeting to which affiliate clubs will have to assist.
