The CHARTER

ART. 01: The charter of the B.M.V.C.G. is a good conduct code determined to govern the relations and to improve the contacts between the affiliated Belgian Clubs. It is conceived to conjugate and improve solely the collection of Allied military vehicles, equipments and uniforms of the Allied Armies of the European theater during the second world war.

ART. 02: The affiliate Club will be constituted in a non profit organization and registered to the Belgian Monitor since at least two years, and will be composed, except the board of the staffs of at least ten members.

ART. 03: The affiliate Club will have, in all time, to be able to make the proof of its legality, honorability and integrity. It will respect the belgian laws in general and will be the guarantor of the respect of the ethics of the Belgium M.V.C.G. as well as of the irreproachable behavior of its members.

ART. 04: Each affiliate Club will have to give proof of its competence concerning organization and seriousness by seting, at least every the two years, a major manifestation whose objective correspond to criteria defined by the article 1 of the present Charter.

ART. 05: The Affiliate Club will be authorized to show the initial letters of the Belgium M.V.C.G. on its official information and identity documents but only as long as will last its affiliation

ART. 06: The affiliate Clubs will agree to constitute, each year, a calendar of their major organization and will distribute information concerning these to the other affiliate Clubs before the end of the month of October.

ART. 07: Affiliate Clubs will tend to standardize, in function of the circumstances, and the "spirit" of the Belgium M.V.C.G., their regulations for these major manifestations

ART. 08: Affiliate Clubs will tend to fix a reasonable average and normally accessible price for theeinscriptions to their major manifestations. They will strive to promote an advantageous price policy to the benefit of affiliated Club members

ART. 09: Affiliate Clubs, will be committed to respect, as showed in this the Charter, the particular modes relative to the new candidacies, to the affiliate Club maintenance and the functioning, in general, into the Belgium M.V.C.G..

ART. 10: The delegates, representing the affiliate Clubs will have to assist to the assemblies of the Belgium M.V.C.G. that will be required at least twice a year

ART. 11: By the signature of their Chairman in exercise, the affiliate Clubs will be committed to respect, without reserve, such a deontology and each article of the Charter of the Belgium Military Vehicle Conservation Group
